I present to you a creamy smoothie, packed with flavor and liquid health. The sweetness of the fruits will overpower the vegetables, making this smoothie a fluffy, nutrient packed treat. This bioactive green smoothie is low in calories, it is great for replacing one of your snacks during diets. But honestly I would just drink one of these anytime I get the time to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (slice before putting it in the freezer)
  • 12 red grapes
  • 2 large kale leaves (remove those pesky stems)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 knuckle ginger root
  • 400 ml chilled water, depending on thickness preferred
  • * optional 1 fresh marijuana leaf (if the country’s policy allows it)
  • 6 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and stir that bad boy until the concoction is completely smooth.
