Well, allow me to start by saying that I’ve been taught many times in life that there is truth behind the saying “If something is too good to be true, then it probably is”. Such is the case of LifeCell All One anti aging treatment.
But here at TryHealthier we don’t just speculate if its one way or the other. We want to create an unbiased review of the “lifecell all one anti aging treatment” based on facts. Rather than playing with words, ranking high in google, and then selling you the product with an affiliate link (like approx. 99% of the reviews you will find out there). So rest assured, no affiliate links will be found in this article, I promise.
Our study has two parts as follows:
Part One: The Company
I have never heard about this company until a few day ago so of course, we wanted to try out this thing and see what all the fuss is about. As a business owner myself, I first took a look at their website and red flags were raised in my head (its usually not a good sign) when I saw that “free 30 day trial” offer for the lifecell all one anti aging treatment.
Obviously, I scrolled way down their page and at the bottom, somewhere written in a really small font I found their Terms of Service and decided to take a look… BOOM! Check out this print-screen or even better, check their ToS on their website for yourself.
So in plain English, this is what is going to happen: You will order the 30 day bottle, pay for shipping and handling fees (and they will have some up-sells you will probably end up unwillingly buying). After that, within 30 days if you want to cancel, you call that number and will be provided with a few options: Keep the bottle for a certain discounted price (the more you hassle the bigger the discount is going to be) or pay again S&H to return it.
Now here is the catch: 80%+ of their customers DO NOT KNOW that they automatically sign up for a subscription, because they never say that upfront. After the trial is over they charge your account 189$ for the first month and 149$ every 60 days – it’s the oldest internet marketing scam in the book – and unfortunately, many fell for it.
If you have been scammed by them or a similar company what you need to do is call them (don’t get angry at the representative, he has a script he has to follow) and tell them that if you don’t get a full refund, you will contact your lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, district attorney and you will file a chargeback with your bank. All those bold words are actually buzz words, and when the rep. hears those, he will usually give you your money back. If you still don’t get your cash back, simply hang up the phone, go to your bank and call them with your bank representative on the line. End of story.
Now, again, what kind of company treats their customers like this? False advertising, hidden charges and so on… well… obviously a shady one. I recommend to stay away from offers like these to avoid being trapped in their loophole and do business with well known reputable companies that appreciate your business – You have been warned.
Still in doubt? No worries, my colleague and medic, Alina will explain all there is to this “miraculous” lifecell all one anti aging treatment product.
Part Two: LifeCell All One Anti Aging Treatment Product
Dear reader, please bear with me on this one. I find it particularly hard to write a review on something that has no scientific basis. I like to document myself thoroughly and then present you with the facts. This time, I shall present to you a complete lack of scientific back-up.
I came across lifecell all one anti aging treatment while researching for a related article on wrinkle treatment. My medical mind led me to look for the active ingredients and research what exactly can cause those “instant skin repair” effects that the product is boasting. The answer is only one: None.
I will give credit where credit is due. On the official lifecell site, they mention as part of their ingredient list: Retinol, Ascorbyl palmitate, Hyaluronic Acid and Ubiquinone.
Retinol is one of the animal forms of Vitamin A. When it is converted to retinoic acid it is essential for skin health, teeth and bone growth. It is a must for the structural stability of our skin matrix and does exhibit significant anti-aging effects. Yet it is a common ingredient of all anti-aging creams and it is necessary to apply it on a daily basis for it to have any effect.
Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat-soluble form of vitamin C. Now vitamin C is the most common antioxidant found in skin and is important for repairing free radicals and preventing them from accelerating the aging process. It is also extremely sensitive to UV exposure, even a minimal amount of UV can decrease the levels of vitamin C in the skin by 30%.
Finding a way to deliver a useful dose of vitamin C to the skin would be a god bless. Unfortunately creating a cream that delivers that dose has been proven to be difficult because it reacts immediately when exposed to oxygen. Studies are still in progress on unraveling this predicament. Sadly, LifeCell all one anti aging treatment has not been the one to solve this problem.
Ubiquinone, or commonly known as Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance that is essential for our bodies. our body makes CoQ10, and your cells use it to produce energy your body needs for cellular growth and stability. It also an antioxidant, which protects the body from damage caused by harmful molecules. It is usually used as a nutritional supplement and its benefic effects have been proven in studies for preventing cancer and heart failure. While the skin can certainly benefit from a boost of coenzyme Q10, the best way of absorbing it is by oral supplements. Adding this ingredient to any cream will certainly benefit your skin, but it will not do a “quick fix” on your wrinkles. It will help prevent them.
I will keep it short for the Hyaluronic Acid. A great number of people have heard of its impressive effects on preventing and treating wrinkles. If you wish more details on this particular anti-aging agent, feel free to visit our article on the matter here. Now while it does work, no study has ever shown it to work in a matter of seconds. Anti-aging creams, treatments and supplements work by helping your skin restore its collagen fibers, elasticity, and protect it from harmful molecules. Rome was not built in a day, my dear readers.
Now for the interesting part. Lifecell All One Anti Aging Treatment boasts to contain revolutionary agents such as: MATRIXYL 3000 and DERMAXYL. I am ashamed to say, that I could not uncover a single study on these compounds. In all my years in medicine, I have not heard of them, and all my reach could not uncover what they are made of, who backs their claims or anything. I would never recommend putting anything on or in your body that you do not know what is made of.
The Ugly Truth
All those miracle demonstrations you have seen, in which wrinkles disappear within 70 seconds are because the product is constructed as a foundation. It merely conceals your wrinkles and hydrates your skin. This is easily achieved by less expensive and higher quality products that were designed to do just that.
I cannot state that lifecell all one anti aging treatment is detrimental to your health, but do not let yourself fooled. There is no fountain of youth that will just revert the effects of time and pollution on your skin. Before buying any products, do a little research. Your body deserves more than a “quick fix”. It needs time to adjust, to restore itself. The products that work require time to help your body heal.
If you would like more details on the subject or if you have any questions, objections, hateful comments or highly deserved praises to offer please do not hesitate to leave a comment.
Also if you have a product that you would like me to review and research, I gladly welcome the challenge.
